La Traviatta, wonderful night with friends, National Concert Hall, Dublin





This October in Dublin Italian Cultural week's taken place. It was a great pleasure to listen to a glorious Italian masterpiece of 19th century Parisian high society. It must surely be one of the most poignant and romantic operas in the repertoire. We enjoied the opera with my Russian (Anna) and Italian (Elena) friends! great night together.

To end the 2007 season, we have chosen Giuseppe Verdi's fifteenth opera, La Traviata, a glorious masterpiece of 19th century Parisian high society. It must surely be one of the most poignant and romantic operas in the repertoire.
